changelog
What’s new
Changes to Mathora, newest first.
Faster sheets and smoother canvas
- Projects open faster: the page now fetches everything it needs at once.
- Public links can be view-only, and owners choose whether visitors can make a copy.
- Results are selectable as one block, and result borders and unit fractions are no longer cut off.
- Pan and zoom ease smoothly with coarse mouse wheels. Press F8 for the Stats for nerds panel.
Editor polish
- Select a variable to highlight every place it is used.
- Lines push down when one grows taller than its slot.
- Pasting text keeps subscripts, and a stray closing bracket no longer invents an opening one.
Plans, teams and billing
- Five plans: Hobby, Student, Plus, Pro and Business. Every plan has the full units engine.
- The Student plan applies automatically to a confirmed .edu address.
- Business teams: invite people by email, appoint admins, hand over ownership and share a team pool of projects.
- Saved versions, and an export of a whole sheet's worked solution as LaTeX.
- Change your email address, set a password, and connect or disconnect Google in Settings.
- A Help page, and branded emails for sign-in and billing.
Try it without an account
- The full editor is open at /canvas, with no sign-up needed.
- Pricing page, feedback button in the editor and dashboard, and mobile and tablet fixes.
